Payment and cancellation terms:
-Horseback rides are paid for before the start.
-Free cancellation 4 days (96 hours) before the beginning of the ride.
-If the service is canceled 2-4 days (48 hours-96 hours) in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
-If the reservation is canceled 0-2 days (0-48 hours) in advance, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, i.e. the payment will not be refunded.
High Hill Horses Oy has the right to cancel rides if the temperature is -20 degrees Celsius or below or the weather conditions are otherwise such that it is not safe or reasonable to carry out the ride (heavy snowfall, wind, torrential rain, storm, etc.). At temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius, the ride can be carried out if both parties separately agree and approve it. The company has the right to change the riding route and the announced riding time based on weather conditions. If conditions during the trip become dangerous for people or horses, High Hill Horses Oy has the right to interrupt the trip.
High Hill Horses Oy has valid liability insurance. Please make sure that you have your own valid insurance coverage before joining the trails (accident insurance, travel insurance, or similar).
Maksu- ja peruutusehdot:
-Hevosretket maksetaan ennen aloitusta.
-Ilmainen peruutus 4 vrk (96 h) ennen retken alkua.
-Jos palvelu perutaan 2-4vrk (48 h-96 h) aikaisemmin, peritään 50 % peruutusmaksu.
-Mikäli varaus peruutetaan 0-2 vrk (0-48 h) aikaisemmin, peritään 100 % peruutusmaksu, eli maksua ei palauteta.
High Hill Horses Oy:llä on oikeus perua retket, mikäli pakkasta on vähintään -20 astetta tai sääolot ovat muuten sellaiset, ettei retkeä ole turvallista tai järkevää toteuttaa (kova lumisade, tuuli, kaatosade, myrsky ym.). Yli 20 asteen pakkasilla retki voidaan toteuttaa molempien osapuolten erikseen siitä sopiessa ja hyväksyessä. Yrityksellä on oikeus muuttaa ratsastusreittiä ja ilmoitettua ratsastusaikaa sääolojen perusteella. Mikäli olosuhteet retken aikana muuttuvat vaarallisiksi ihmisille tai hevosille, on High Hill Horses Oy:llä oikeus keskeyttää retki.
High Hill Horses Oy:llä on voimassa oleva vastuuvakuutus. Huolehdithan omasta tapaturma- matka- tai lajivakuutuksen voimassaolosta ennen retkille tai tunneille osallistumista.
